IMPORTANT: Before installing the application on your phone, make sure it has already been acquired by your condominium administration. Without this requirement, it is not possible to install and use the system!

The Group COM App offers easy and practical solutions for interaction between residents/associates, managers, and administrators.

With the application, you can stay informed about your condominium or association from anywhere!

Check out the available features:

• View outstanding charges for your unit and obtain a 2nd copy of invoices (with automatic fines and interest recalculation);
• Make reservations and check the availability of common areas/services;
• Access condominium news;
• Access condominium/association documents (such as meeting minutes, conventions, or financial statements);
• Communicate with the manager and administrators through self-service;
• Create a relationship network through classifieds, lost and found, carpooling group (easy carpool);

Then, download and activate your access account. This activation can be done in two ways: through the invitation sent by email from your condominium administration or through the application itself (just click on the "Sign up" option using the identifier number described on your invoice).
